"Back to the Beach" at Midland

From 10 AM to dusk on Saturday, July 12 and Sunday July 13 at Staten Island's Midland Beach, (Father Capodanno Blvd. to end of Jefferson Avenue to Turtle Circle), the Carl V. Bini Memorial Fund, Borough President James Oddo and other local electeds will host "Back to the Beach" along a mile of boardwalk, featuring three stages of live music, more than 20 kids' rides, games, over 100 vendors, monster trucks hosted by Diamond Reality Mix, food, games, and a fireworks display at 9 PM each night.

The Bini Memorial Fund is a Staten Island-based 501(c)3 non-profit created to honor firefighter Carl V. Bini and continue his commitment to serving others. The Bini Fund, uniquely positioned to adapt to the community's changing needs, provides scholarships, emergency grants and special needs assistance. 

In addition to the Borough President’s Office, the Bini Fund's partners this year also include Richmond County Savings Foundation and Pratt Industries.
