Kolbotn Garden Girls' Marching Band at Cannonball Park

On Sunday, June 22, from 3:30 - 6 PM, the Scandinavian East Coast Museum will present a Tattoo and Military Concert at John Paul Jones (Cannonball) Park, at 101st Street and 4th Avenue in Bay Ridge, featuring Kolbotn-Garden, Norway's only all-girl marching band, with the Fort Hamilton High School Tiger Battalion JROTC and the Clann Eirann Pipers.

Walking tours of the Park monuments and cannon from 3:00 - 3:30 PM.

The members of Kolbotn-Garden, girls ages 8 - 18, have raised the funds to make the trip to the U.S. to celebrate the 200th Anniversary of the Norwegian Constitution.

Free admission -- donations welcome.

Bring a blanket or folding chair.
