Women Artists Talk "Obsession" at Tabla Rasa

Peter Gergely "Currant Obsession"
From 2:30 to 4 PM on Sunday, March 23, four women artists from the "Obsession" exhibit at Tabla Rasa Gallery, 224 48th Street (between 2nd and 3rd Avenues) in Sunset Park, will discuss the many ways that obsession has manifested in their work as part of the Gallery's Women's History Month celebration.

Brooklyn artist/educator Pamela Allen leads the panel, joined by Beatrice Coron, Ellen Grossman and Jenna Lash.

Special guest Dr. Eva Mihovich, distinguished Senior Psychologist at the Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine at NYU Langone Medical Center, will join the panel in an exploration of the interface between meditation, psychology and art.

This revealing talk by a diverse group of women artists opens a window into their creative process.

The event is free and open to the public.

Normal Gallery hours are 1:00 - 5:00 PM on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Call 718.833.9100 for events and schedule updates.  The Gallery is closed on Saturday, March 22.
