Brooklyn Preservation Council Meets

The Brooklyn Preservation Council will meet on Tuesday, December 17 at 6:30 PM at the Scotto Funeral Home, at 106 First Place in Carroll Gardens.

Agenda items include community concerns; Carroll Gardens landmarking; the Marylander Memorial Park Plan; the archaeology of the Rawley Post site; and broadening community support for the Marylander Park Plan from organizations and elected officials.

Among the local electeds who support the Marylander Park Plan is State Senator Marty Golden, who has written a letter to Gov. Andrew Cuomo advocating the project.
