Miracle on 34th Street at Fort Hamilton

Kris Kringle and Susan
Beginning Friday, November 29 through Sunday, December 8, Narrows Community Theater will present Meredith Wilson's musical adaptation of Christmas film "Miracle on 34th Street" at Fort Hamilton Army Base, 101st Street and Fort Hamilton Pkwy in Bay Ridge.

Everyone knows the beloved story of how Kris Kringle, the mysterious white-bearded old gentleman who claims to be the real Santa Claus, creates a "miracle", spreading love throughout New York City and convincing a cynical divorced mother and her sad young daughter that Santa Claus -- and the spirit of Christmas -- are real.

Directed by Alex Amarosa, with music direction by Heather Edwards and choreography by David Paul Kidder.

Michael Blake stars as Kris Kringle, with Karen Mascolo as the cynical Doris, Dalles Wilie as the lawyer neighbor (and Doris’s love interest), and Mariana Weaver and Lucy Sullivan double-cast as the endearing Susan.

Performances on Fridays and Saturdays, Nov. 29, 30 and Dec 6 and 7 at 8PM; and on Sundays, Dec 1 and 8 at 2 PM.

All performances at the Fort Hamilton Army Base Theater. Enter on 101st Street and Fort Hamilton Pkwy. (Walk-ins only at the 7th Ave and Poly Place entrance.) Please note that photo ID is required to enter the garrison.

Tickets: $20 Adults; $15 Seniors/Students under 21; $10 Children 12 and under.
