If you've got a Facebook login, you can get further details about the Fifth Avenue Festival, always scheduled the day after the Ragamuffin Parade. This year, the 3rd Avenue Festival will take place starting at 11 AM on Sunday, October 6.
It's never easy to get info about the 5th Avenue Festival, for whatever reason. The 3rd Avenue Merchants web page is, ironically, the last place to look.
