Kings County Memorial Day Parade: "Lest We Forget"

The 146th Kings County Memorial Day Parade will step off at 11 AM on Monday, May 27 at 3rd Avenue and 87th Street, following a route from 3rd Avenue to Marine Avenue to Fourth Avenue to John Paul Jones (Cannonball) Park, at 101st Street in Bay Ridge, for a memorial service honoring those who have died in service to their country.

The parade is sponsored by the United War Veterans of Kings County.

This year's Grand Marshall is Borough President Marty Markowitz.  Deputy Grand Marshall is Marty Maher.  Reviewing Officer is Col. Eulyn Gines.

All veterans, civic organizations, schools and community groups are invited to join the parade.
