B.R.A.K.E.S. Rally at Marty Golden's Office Tomorrow
In the aftermath of yet another pedestrian fatality in Bay Ridge, we need to let our elected officials, the community board, and the precinct know, said the organizers, that the community will no longer tolerate speeding and reckless driving on local streets.
Staging the rally at Golden's office (between 74th and 75th Streets) is intended to let Golden know how Bay Ridge residents feel about his blocking legislation that would install speed cameras at New York City locations, like grade schools, where they could significantly reduce speeding.
