Bay Ridge Poets at the Owl's Head

Henry Stewart, culture editor at The L Magazine, and John Avelluto, co-owner of the Owl's Head wine bar, at 479 74th Street in Bay Ridge, have teamed up to found The Bay Ridge Poets Society, a monthly reading series at the bar.

This Sunday, March 24, at 6 PM -- after the parade -- the BRPS will host its third monthly event at the Owl's Head.

Stewart, whose poetic alter ego is "Sir Henry", say's he'd like to see the event, which has had a healthy turnout so far, get even bigger.
