Hinsch III!

Amazin', folks! Just when you thought classic Bay Ridge soda fountain Hinsch's was down for the count:  due to close -- forever this time -- on March 1, it's up again.

According to co-owner Roger Desmond, the decision to keep the shop open comes after a lease deal with a national burger chain fell through.

Desmond says the owners will keep the property on the market until they either find a winning formula or a new buyer, and will experiment with a new look, a new ambience and a new menu in the meantime.
