2012 Haunted Hallowe'en Walk and Fairytale Forest

Update:  Re-scheduled for Saturday, November 3, same time and place.

The Annual Haunted Halloween Walk and Fairytale Forest, sponsored by State Senator Mary Golden, will be held this year from 3:30 to 9:30 PM on Wednesday, October 31 at Owl's Head Park, 67th Street and Colonial Road in Bay Ridge.

Designed as a safe alternative to trick-or-treating, the event will feature fun for the whole family, including tours of the haunted walk and fairytale forest, a costume contest, a food court, kids' rides, face-painting, sand art, and more.

Volunteers are sought to help produce the event. If you have time and talent to donate, call Golden's office at 718-238-6044 for more information.

Follow Golden's website, facebook and twitter pages for updates on this and other upcoming events.
