Community gardens and rooftop farms across Brooklyn are producing -- and selling -- a bountiful harvest of fruits and vegetables. Urban farming not only offers a healthy, alternative source of produce, but a viable business model.
On Tuesday, September 25 from 6 – 7:30 PM, the Brooklyn Public Library will host Farming: A Growing Industry in Brooklyn, a panel discussion in the Trustees Room at the Central Library, 10 Grand Army Plaza in Brooklyn.
