In an email to Poly Prep, Greg Bucceroni, a 48-year-old Philadelphia man, claims he was paid for sex by former Poly Prep football coach Phil Foglietta, who, he said, belonged to a pedophile ring that included Penn State football coach Jerry Sandusky.
In his teens, Bucceroni said, he met Foglietta at a
Second Mile fund-raiser near State College, Pennsylvania. Sandusky founded Second Mile to help at-risk youth in 1977.
Bucceroni said he was "a child prostitute" and that the pedophile ring, in addition to Sandusky and
Foglietta, included Philadelphia businessman Ed Savitz and former
Wharton School of Business professor Lawrence Scott Ward, now serving time for trafficking child porn.
Bucceroni said that Foglietta paid he and another boy $200 for sex in a Philadelphia hotel room during the summer of 1979.
